How to Enter ABOM 2025
Participants must register their entries using the OriOasis platform.

Information Needed to Register an Entry
- Full name of the participant
- Birth year
- Club name
- Country
- SPORTident card number (see NOTE #1 below)
- Entry class
- Choose which stages you want to participate in
NOTE #1: SI-Card Rental: 2.00€/race. Losing or not returning a rented SI Card will incur a charge of 50€.
NOTE #2: In Open classes, participants can race alone or in groups. However, entries should be submitted for each member of the group, as everyone will have their own map and place on the results list.
Important Message for Elite Runners
Runners competing in Elite classes must also register in IOF Eventor. Additionally, please provide your IOF Eventor number to the organisers during the entry process on the OriOasis platform. Payment should be made through OriOasis.
Important Information Regarding PROLOGUE Entries and Classes
Athletes competing in the Long and/or Middle distance Elite classes MUST register for the PROLOGUE stage in “WE (prologue)” / “ME (prologue)”.
Athletes not competing in Elite classes for the Long and/or Middle distances can choose one of the four available courses:
- Level 1
- Level 3
- Level 5 Short (approximately 3km)
- Level 5 Long (approximately 5km)
Level 5 is the most difficult course.
Important Message for All Spanish Athletes with a FEDO License
To receive the correct prices – the same as those for runners affiliated with the Portuguese Orienteering Federation (POF):
- TO ENTER CORRECLY YOUR ENTRIES , first log in to OriOasis using the same username and password that you normally use in the FEDO online entry system. Use this link to log in Orioasis using FEDO credentials: Orioasis/FEDO Login
- DO NOT SUBMIT your entries using the “Express Entries” option in Orioasis.
Student Entries (Desporto Escolar)
Prices for students from “Desporto Escolar” are 3.00€/stage.
However, students must be accompanied by a teacher who presents proof of active school insurance. No SPORTident rental fee will be applied.

Paying methods
Entries are considered valid only after full payment. The payment deadline is 14 February. On 18 February, organisers will delete all unpaid entries.
The OriOasis platform allows payment using the following methods:
- Visa card and PayPal – available for everybody
- MB Way and Multibanco reference – available for Portuguese participants only
In case of cancellation of entries, participants should email the organisers (inscrever@ori-estarreja.pt) to request the cancellation of their entries.
The organisers’ refund policy is as follows:
- Entries cancelled by 17 February – a 100% refund will be provided.
- After 17 February, no refund will be provided for entry cancellations.
